Pine Ridge Estates takes pride in the community through resident involvement. The Pine Ridge Estates Home Owners Association is committed to the promotion and protection of neighborhood aesthetic standards as well as the continued maintenance and improvement of common areas that all residents share.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
All HOA members should direct their inquiries or concerns about dues, fees, or property issues to Dawn and SBB management. All issues that can not be resolved by SBB are then forwarded to the board. SBB management has a 24hr answering service in case of property emergencies. This includes issues such as a water pipe leak at one of the pools. Trespassing at the pools or the observation of criminal mischief at the pools should be reported to the police by dialing 911. It would be helpful if you also report the incident to Dawn the next day.

STAY INFORMED
Homeowners can now gain access to HOA account information and sign up for important board announcements by registering with SBB Management Company. All the information necessary to register is contained within your yearly payment booklet. To register, please click here. If you need additional assistance please contact SBB. If you have already registered you can go directly to the SBB Web Portal and login.
