Welcome to the Pine Ridge Estates community!
Established by the Association Governing Documents, the Board of Directors has ultimate financial responsibility for the Association as well as responsibility for the administration and affairs of the community. The Board of Directors over sees the compliance of rules and regulations stated in the CC&R'S of the Governing documents of the community, initiates and enforces legal action on the behalf of the community, and take any other actions necessary to ensure the vitality of Pine Ridge Estates.
The Board contracts a professional management company to carry out the day to day clerical and financial operations of the Association. All actions taken by the management company are directly approved by the board. Currently the Board is contracting SBB management company. Our community property manager is Jake Southall.
